Aluminum pontoon 18.2×7

On the renovated houseboat, in which we also participated, we also implemented a design-new aluminum pontoon. The pontoon consists of an aluminum structure, while part of the pontoon is lowered for closer contact with the water and for more comfortable boarding of the boats. The pontoon is mounted on plastic floats of two sizes. The larger pontoon measuring 15.2×4.2m is mounted on 12 floats measuring 1.9×1.15m and the smaller one also on 12 smaller floats measuring 1.2×0.8m. All floats are filled with polystyrene for unsinkability. Quality decking boards made of Angelim Amargoso exotic wood were used for the woodwork of the pontoon, which can withstand extreme weather conditions.
In addition to the pontoon, we also implemented stairs to the houseboat, for convenient access to the pontoon. The stairs are self-supporting or independently anchored to the houseboat, due to the possible swing of the pontoon itself. The stairs consist of a steel structure that is lined with exotic wood
