Houseboat Shiptech 4×13 Classic projection

We present to you a houseboat measuring 4x13m for comfortable living on the water for a crew of 2-3. The houseboat is designed to provide the full comfort of a family home, but with the added value of the surrounding environment.
Conceptually, the houseboat is divided into a social part, which consists of a common room with a kitchenette (17.4 m2) and a large covered terrace with an area of ​​12 m2. The rear living area consists of a cabin – bedroom (9m2) and a private terrace. Part of the extension is a bathroom with a shower and toilet with an area of ​​3.4 m2.
The body of the float is a catamaran type made of steel floats, alternatively aluminum floats can be used. The power supply of the electrical distribution is designed from the shore connection, alternatively the houseboat can be powered from its own solar cells or a generator. For those interested, who cannot stay in one place, it is possible to equip the houseboat with an engine with control for transfers or longer voyages.
The superstructure with dimensions of 6x9m is made of sandwich cladding, with insulation also for year-round stays. Sliding/lowering blinds are designed on the sides of the houseboat.
